Government Funded Services
As part of our mission to serve our communities, VNA Plus provides services to recipients of some state- and federally-funded programs, including the Social Services Block Grant (SSBG), Medicaid Waiver and CHOICE. To access these services, individuals must first apply with the Southwestern Indiana Regional Council on Aging (SWIRCA & More) to determine eligibility. If approved, individuals may then select VNA Plus to provide the services according to the regulations set by the funding program’s requirements. SWIRCA & More oversees all case management functions for these customers. Services include:
- Philips Lifeline Medical Alert Service
- Licensed Practical Nurse
- Respite Home Care Aide
- Attendant Care
- Homemaking
