VNA Plus offers a 401(k) plan to support employees’ efforts to save for retirement.

Education reimbursement assists with education costs including tuition for classes, certification fees, and continuing education (CEU) fees.

Mileage Reimbursement
Eligible employees are reimbursed for the miles traveled on behalf of VNA Plus each pay period.

Voluntary Short Term Disability

Eligible employees may choose to participate in this benefit that provides income during periods of time should an employee be unable to work due to disability.

Life Insurance
Life insurance is provided at no expense to eligible employees.

Long-Term Disability Insurance
Long-term disability insurance is provided at no expense to eligible employees.

Employee Assistance Program
VNA Plus employees and their immediate family members have access to counseling support to assist with various life circumstances.
