VNA Plus provides home health care services to patients in the Tri-state area, including portions of southwestern Indiana, southeastern Illinois, and western Kentucky.

Hospice services—provided at home, in long-term care settings, or in inpatient care facilities—are available in southwestern Indiana and southeastern Illinois. Hospice care is also offered at the VNA Plus Charlier Hospice Center in Evansville, Indiana.
