New Heal at Home Program Featured on WNIN TV

The new VNA Plus “Heal at Home” initiative was included in a recent segment of the Evansville, Indiana public television station, WNIN’s “Building Healthier Communities” program! Heal at Home is designed to help homebound patients coping with certain chronic illnesses avoid emergency room visits and hospitalizations; and to encourage these individuals to learn about their health and the proactive measures they can take to manage it. View the WNIN video clip here or read more about this innovative new program!
