We Are Reaching Out to You!

As a community based home care agency, VNA Plus offers education and health programs throughout its service area. Most programs are free of charge unless otherwise noted; a complete list for the upcoming month can be found on our website’s activity page.

The VNA Plus Reaching Out program also features a speakers bureau of various staff members that are available to present on topics such as home care options and how to pay for them; technology for successful aging; hospice and end-of-life issues; and more; topics can be customized to fit your particular need. Presentations are provided at no cost and include handouts and educational materials. To schedule a presentation, please call the VNA Plus office nearest you.
